I like getting the printed tickets in the mail. More exciting.

stayed paper just because I have a pair and they only give you one card

you just go to your account online and get the printed option.
still got the physical tickets, though. much easier to hand off to friends and more fun to get the actual tickets to keep for the game when AD gets his 5x5

When do you receive tickets or info? I became a new season ticket holder back around April or May, but I haven't received any emails or info through the mail since then.

log in on the site and make sure your email address is in there
tickets go out in the next week or so
if you dont choose the card you automatically get paper tickets

I have a 12 game plan. Is the option for the card available to partial plans too? First I'm hearing about this.

I don't think so
they issue a card to full season tix holders that gets you discounts in the arena and they are loading tickets on that card
