New Yorkers would riot if Phil trades Porzingis. They love that guy.

Yeah, I cannot imagine he is going anywhere. What would they build around?

Only trade I could inmagine is with Boston. They could flood NY with draft picks. Porzingis can provide some rebounding and rim protection while stretching the floor next to Horford and his rookie salary allows them all sorts of flexibility to still sign Hayward.

You're forgetting that the Knicks are the biggest dumpster fire in the league. If there ever was a team the league needed to suggest hiring a consultant that could oust the current GM, it's the Knicks.

You have to imagine the package they would want for Porzingis would be outrageous. Multiple first round picks, multiple young players, taking on shite contracts like Noah.

Saw it posted somewhere that the Knicks were interested in drafting Markkanen. That would partially explain the trade rumors.

Phil should get immediately fired. Maybe that's what he wants.

He would need to get like 4 1sts and dump every bad contract.

He'd be a much better fit in Boston.

I can't see Butler not wanting the ball in his hands when the clock is winding down.

Unless Lebron finally realized that he sucks in the clutch : Then, it is a pretty good fit

So Butler and Love could potentially go West now? Can some of these damn stars head East? This is absurd.

Minny with Butler and Pheonix with Love would make the West such a grind. Love might not make the Suns a playoff team, but he's a great fit there with what they need. Butler/Wiggins/Towns is scary and you'd have to think would be a playoff team. I mean a team with Anthony Davis and Demarcus Cousins is realistically out of the playoffs without help. Just ship Kristaps to the Lakers with George and there will be like 2 poo teams in the entire conference. At least that young Philly core is in the East. That's a minor win.

I hate posting New York based rumors about other teams trading with the Knicks, but like NOFOX said, Boston makes a lot of sense.
