Is it worth a listen? I thought about listening right now before I watched Olympic Trials but I'm not a Windhorst fan

Its not all that revealing. The only thing of real note was pretty much summed up in those sentences lol.

Though they do think 100% Ryno is gone. That some team is going to throw a max or close at him, Kings and Rockets are eyeing him hard and they laughed about how it will probably be the most ridiculous contract in a sea of ridiculous contracts. That they almost want to see him land on the Rockets because of the combo of poor defense that is Harden, D'Antoni and Ryno.

I already listened to the Lowe/Spears podcast today and figured there couldn't be that much additional information

Who does everyone feel should be our #1 (realistic) target? Parsons?

Sources: NBA's been calling GM's today, probing on reports of FA meetings already set for Friday. "Rules" prohibit contact before midnight.

I'm really hesitant and mixed on him.

1.) Because of the injuries, obviously.

2.) Because I heard and read about how Carlisle had a lot more difficulty utilizing him well then they expected. That maybe he isnt really in love with him. That that is in part why they are ok letting him walk. And frankly Carlisle struggling to make a fit work and being hesitant is a big red flag. Because I think he is one of the best roster scheming/adapting coaches in the league. If not the best.

Update-Parsons is still very much number 1 target. Plan B if they miss is to move on to a mid-tier wing (no specifics given) and a "3rd guard who is good enough to start if needed" (their words, not mine)

if people think it is a good idea to give a 30 year old Marvin Williams a 55 million dollar contract, they are crazy. You can tell me about cap percentages and whatever, but yall are off yalls box if you think thats a good idea.

I'll be kinda impressed if he lands in Boston or the other rumored landing spot, Atlanta.

IT would signal a bit of a maturity on his part

Howard Beck's piece on Howard and his free agency was excellent, as usual (what up, Beck)
