Do not look at dollar numbers but rather cap percentages. The fact that the cap will have doubled since 2008 makes these salaries crazy. An 18 mill contract this year is 20% but next year would fall to 16.watever (on a plane to Vegas and don't feel like doing the math). Back in 2008ish 18 mill was around 30%. Does anyone know what the new league min will be?

and here is Jimmer making an appearance in a Moore poster

I hope they can because to me they still do have some quality young bigs that you can get for decent price after all the craziness stops if they can get the money

Nate Duncan Nate Duncan? @NateDuncanNBA For CHI, Moore made sense with the Early Bird exception (max 4/$28) b/c they could keep his min cap hold on books. Higher than that, less so

They will have a little more than the room exception or biannual in cap room, so teams can't offer those and steal Frazier. Plus they will have the room exception. But if they can dump Tyreke, they can get back to around 13 million.
Jrue/Douglas
Hield/Moore
Hill/Qpon
AD/DC/Babbitt/Diallo
Asik/Ajinca
Dumping Reke, bringing back Frazier and adding another big would round out the roster.

Very reasonable deal. How the hell is Solomon worth more than Moore?

I mean, if people used that BS "More than 30 minutes" stat with Moore that they use with Hill, then Moore would be a God. In the 19 games he started at guard:
12.6 pts on 50% shooting from the field and 51% (!!!) from three

that's right I forgot about that
it wasn't a playoff series I was remembering it was pinning that loss on OKC to help pels get the 8th seed

Reading that article just made me think about how bad Tyreke is at literally every single one of those things

so our 2 signings today are high character, high motor, good defensive guys
pattern starting to develop

Guy I see a lot of similarities with - PJ Tucker before he went down a bit. Both can hit the 3, especially from the corner. Both can defend multiple positions, including positions where guys have a few inches on them, because they are incredibly tough, strong, and smart.

A lower middle class mans Avery Bradley?
