And, again, give the guy a chance to build a team that has a full payroll to work with after having to rebuild post CP3. He came onto the team, got a whopping one season with a legit roster (and without the 2nd best player in the playoffs) before having to completely start over. I don't support all of his decisions and the team pisses me off sometimes this season, but what he did with them last season was impressive given the complete lack of talent.
If Benson allows Demps to spend money and we don't win 40+ next season, then I wouldn't be against seeing him gone (assuming no major injuries to AD/Ryno/etc...). But, again, he's had a hand tied behind his back for two thirds of the fight.
