We separate when things don’t go well, especially on the road. That’s something that falls on my lap and we’ve got to figure that out.” Read more at https://basketball.realgm.com/nba/teams/New-Orleans-Pelicans/19/news/wiretap#zl2cHDf20c61w7eF.99

He doesn't need to tell us as we all know these issues are on the coach.

I guess he at least recognizes he has been horrible all year and hopefully management is giving him crap about it. The issues we are having are basically his responsibility to the team. If the team is failing at these task then basically he is a guy just watching the game on the bench.....oh wait

He's not going to get fired. Dell and Monty are gone after this year so they dont want to repeat the mistake of hiring a head coach b4 the GM again. It's ashame because Dell never got to hire his own coach despite building a decent roster.

I don't think Dell needs to necessarilly be fired, but your right that Monty will probably get him fired.

No fricking shite Monty, it's because San Antonio has the best coach in the NBA, and we have this shite bag.

It took Dell this long to build something resembling an NBA roster, which included lucking into the Brow.

David Stern saved Dell from himself.

it took him 2 years it's not his fault we had shitty injury luck and Monty get a free pass that year to be a shitty coach

It takes most teams a lot longer to go from number 1 pick to fringe playoff team. this team should functioning at a much more consistent/efficient level. coaching is our main issue. until then I with hold judgement on what Dell has done.

Look at the roster, the lack of cap flexibility, & the lack of draft picks. Dell needs to be fired
