Pure point guard. This is who I hope we draft.

and a 6'6 pure PG. His size and length is amazing for a pure PG.

I agree. I think defensively he would be good. He sets up his players well too.

Hell no, we just need burke or Carter Williams. Players are completely different but would help us tremendously

The 3 and 5 is a bigger need for us than at PG at the moment. And MCW has done more than just having 1 good game in the tourney. 3rd in the nation in assists and averages 7.5 assists a game and 5 boards.Hes a legit passer and hes a smart PG. I agree his shot isnt the best, but that will improve. Most young guys in the NBA struggle shooting in their first year or 2 out of college. Thats because in college they can get to the rack on just about anybody. His shot will improve.
6'5- 6'6 at PG is something you cant teach. And he has a 6'9 wingspan. Freakish. And hes a pass 1st type of PG. I know he is on a team that runs a 2-3 zone, but with that size and reach he should be a good perimeter defender. Ive seen a lot of articles/comparisons about him being a 6'5 rondo type of PG. A guy that might not score 20 a night, but makes an impact with assisting and rebounding pretty good for a PG. Im not saying hes going to be as good as Rondo, just what ive seen.
I like the kid. His potential is higher than most in the draft.
Still would take Porto over a PG though.

I like Oladipo, but not as a top 8 pick. Hes a great defender and good in transition, but he disappears when you set up the offense and actually run plays. And he rebounds decent for a guard, but i dont see him getting a lot of rebs in the NBA. He gets his points by making stops on D and turning them into dunks or lay ups in transition. And you dont want to take a guy in the top 10 who has trouble creating his own shot and has trouble scoring in a half court offense. He reminds me of a 6'4 MKG.

Something about this kid screams "bust" to me.
