And get demps the frick out of here and clean house. This franchise is dead and not fun to watch. Roster is garbage. Demps is killing us with signings like reke, asik, Gordon, not drafting players to put around Davis. Blow this shite up and build something around Davis. Seems like we do this every year. Start out bad and make a run just enough to keep this crap going again the next year. Got to look at the big picture and Fire demps and gentry and start fresh

I admire your unique and creative take on the matter.

it's funny

win a few games, now everyone wants to play for the playoffs

when we were losing, we sucked and should blow the thing up

you will get riddled with downvotes but this is still the best course of action

i agree. it's not like they've won 7 of their last 9 and are 5 games from the 7 seed. and they're doing it without 2 starters. and they started off the season 1-11 due to injury. or anything like that. just frick it all and tank now.

So we may have an outside shot at the 7 seed in the worst western conference in a long time.....to play against either a historically great Warriors or an exceptionally good Spurs.

Feel my enthusiasm.

I mean if we make the 8 seed fine. Whatever. But if we make the 8 seed because Demps is going to hold onto all our players to save face even if it is clearly the wrong long term move to make because this will never be a championship roster as is, then I'm gonna be pissed.

Or you're just happy the team actually is playing well regardless of outcome.

The OP is another typical bluster post with no actual solutions.

You can be happy they are playing well just like you can be sad when they aren't playing well

Doesn't change the end game.

Next time they lose 2 in a row it'll be back to blowing it up

The only question is, can this team, with minor tweaks, be a WCF team in the next 2 years. The answer is obviously no.

I'm still on a complete redo of everything but AD and Jrue. With a new person making the moves.

support!

getting swept by the warriors or spurs does nothing to get me excited. it would also likely lead to the FO trying to keep the roster intact for the most part. getting a high draft pick and rid of demps would be the best case scenario for this season

We've seen this core of this team already enough. They're no better than a 7/8 seed. Yall happy with that?

Tanking and blowing things up is no guarantee at all though.

It may take you at least 2 years to become a semi contender

I don't think there's any doubt they need a roster overhaul, the real question mark is Gentry. Do you just need a GM that will be on the same page with him or do you need to fire him and bring in JVG or Thibs. They have played better lately and even Ryno seems to be passing more.

I don't see why you guys care about what really happens this season. Id like to see most of these guys play well this season so they get great contracts next year elsewhere. Or get traded.

Because we're getting Durant next year.

we need to have a contender before ad's next contract ends so we have some years to play with. I really think we need to reset and try again building around jrue and ad. We failed in our first rebuild don't prolong the mistake

last nite was a perfect illustration of how far this team is from contending. They needed two lucky shots to beat the 2nd worst team in the league, at home

I'm gonna enjoy the season for what it is but I want changes next year and I want a new GM
