Is Jimmer hurt or just in the doghouse?

He was brought in to help the bench but not seeing the floor at all. True he has struggled at the begining of the season but I am sure he will come around!
Sort of like Les Miles benching Harris and not letting him get experience like Monty not letting Jimmer get his shot back!

Yes, signing a good shooter to a minimum deal for depth purposes is stupid. Are you a Jimmer fan that's pissed he isn't playing or something? If one of our guards went down like last year Jimmer would be getting time. But when the back court is healthy he's the 5th guard because Rivers knows the system and has been performing adequately.
You also need to give Jimmer time to learn the system. Morrow went from bad on defense to being pointed out by Monty for his improvement by the end of the year. Look at Babbit, he's not good on defense, but as long as he's where Monty wants him to be and he looks like he's busting his arse Monty gives him minutes.

The Pels are basically playing an 8 man rotation and he isn't one of the best 8 players on the team, right now.

Same reason you bring any fringe player in: Depth. Hope he's better than you think and if he's not he's injury insurance.
