The board who do you pick? I seen this discussion on TBW. Dunn would be a good choice but what does than mean for Jrue because if people don't like the Tyreke/Jrue dynamic that won't work either.

Kris Dunn. He can come off the bench and if jrue somehow stays healthy can move one of them to SG when they're both on the floor like what ATL does with Schroeder and Teague and what Suns do with knight and bledsoe

Terrible examples because none of those work. Dennis is looking for a way out.

You go for bpa so who ever they think that is then take it. Don't draft someone for need

I'd take Dunn or Brown. I think Jrue and Dunn can work, both are good sized guards with athleticism that could be a nice defensive pairing against both guard spots. Jrue can play off when needed, and if Dunn gets more consistent with that jumper it could be a nice combo. Brown is all potential could be a really good player in a few years.

Dunn. Not even close imo unless a trade back for Valentine is in play. What do Dunn and Tyreke have in common other than their inconsistent jumpers? Dunn can play with pace and play much more adequate defense than Evans.

Dunn would be most ready and could be insurance in the event holiday gets hurt and we don't bring him back after next season.

That said Dunn is a 4 year player and still hang developer a reliable 3. If we are looking for someone to fit gentrys system I think we need shooters

With the early shooters off the board, I wouldn't mind looking at Jaylen Brown for the upside.

If we fall lower in the lottery, and I know no one will be on board with this, but I'd be intrigued with an Ivan rabb or Skal to play next to AD. Uber athletic with decent range for their size, I think this would be an upside play if we can't get a shooter.

Or find a way to get Valentine later through trade. Would be a great fit

I think I go with Brown his potential is sky high and I would do everything to develop him into a star

I like Dunn but our ORtg with journeyman pass first PGs is as good or better than with Jrue and Tyreke. Yeah we're at a soft part of the schedule but Frazier's ORtg and on/off net ORtg are better than everyone's, and he's been doing this surrounded mostly by DLeaguers and fringe NBA players. Will Dunn really be any different than Jrue and Tyreke? It's not like they're bad players, but if we're getting better offensive flow from the Dleaguers that play the right style, maybe drafting Dunn is doubling down on what hasn't been working.

So I still think I Trade Back. If I can come out of the draft with 2 of Valentine/Luwawu/Prince/Sabonis/other center, I'd be pretty happy. None of those are the star player we need but we hopefully got a 2 for one on QPon level "starting" role players that "play the right way".

Dunn and Jrue can't play together. That's a problem.

Jaylen Brown FTW

I'd take Dunn because I feel like he would be the best player available. This team is too bad to draft based upon needs. If the team feels that Brown is the BPA at that point then they should draft him because of that, not because he plays a position of need.

They have a superstar and a guy who should be the third best player on a good team. They need to aim for another superstar.

Jaylen Brown has bust written all over him. He's that "has all the tools" but doesn't know how to put it together guy. I don't know why people discount someone's play in college so much. I feel that limb is pretty damn skinny if you can't produce efficiently in college, and you expect that jump in the NBA.

So you provided two fairly decent 4th/5th guys to fit your argument? Comparing Zach Lavine's athleticism to anybody is an insult to Lavine. I could go through the last 10 years of drafts and drown this board in "potential picks".
