Everyone is all excited about GVs points and assists lately, but it seems to me that the fact that for the first time in the whole year Vasquez has 3 consecutive games with less than 3 TOs (2, 2 and 1). This is really important if it becomes a trend, as according to Monty, the main thing he wanted Vasquez to improve is the number of TOs.

The question is, has he being lucky, or are his TOs genuinely going to be reduced that much with Gordon in court? It would be interesting to see how many TOs he gets today against Parker and Manu.

Vasquez is continuing to improve as a player, as he has done for all of his young career

I think it has a lot to do with the return of Gordon. He doesn't have to press and try to do as much with him playing, plus Gordon handles the ball on a lot of possessions. Not to take anything away from Vasquez, though. He's playing very well right now.

Give him a break. He has nothing but improve. Why would you think he won't continue? This kid played at the highest level in college bball at Maryland. He's now becoming a great NBA player. Is there room for improvement? Of course, but again, he has done nothing but improve.

Why only care about a portion of someone's game, good or bad?
