I know Gordon is a lazy douche, but it really is a shame that he fricked up his knee so early in his Hornets/Pels tenure. All of his explosiveness and confidence went away after that.

I'm still longing for that game winner in Phoenix.

It really is amazing how toxic the Gordon/New Orleans relationship has been since that great moment.

I feel bad, the guy isn't really loved here at all, but his knees got destroyed. If he was willing to come off the bench and get paid half of what he's making now, I think he'd be a manu ginobili for us.

his knees not working so well for him definitely affected him, but i think his unwillingness to work with the organization and the way he pissed off the fans hurt him much more. It is hard to enjoying playing somewhere when that place hates you, he did it to himself.

ETA: this is sad

How so?

Pissing off the fans doesn't miraculously make him less explosive.

not saying it affected his physical ability, but more so the mental emphasis that is needed and he has shown a lack of heart.

He's pressing.. It's obvious. His shots look like someone who's trying to remember 45 different techniques he saw on YouTube..

I can't watch it.

If that motherfricker opts in for next year, I might lose it.

Get ready to lose it. He would be an idiot to opt out and lose that money.

Saying he's a shell of his former self is an understatement.

Yeah really. He was a fricken monster on the clips... I could understand the injury affected him mentally but man wth he doesn't even play 10% as good as he did on the clips.

He was a monster for us in that first game against the Suns, too.

He was going to be a multiple-time all star in this league.
