I think people here show a good bit of restraint in not digging up the Prince Chad picture very often.

you think i'm bothered by the posting of the prince picture? It gets my rocks off when posters resort to that default due to their own inability to discuss points and opinions with me so they seek comfort in mockery of the prince picture in hopes of gaining other internet poster support because you have no other recourse in gaining that support through the american vocabulary.

I don't think much bothers you, the point is that pro athletes aren't the only people we show restraint with. And some pro athletes we are pretty hard on, Beli and Juju got crucified regularly for any personal missteps because they didn't meet our expectations on the court. And is there any more personal form of attack than hilarious fake twitter accounts? And I'm not talking about the tribute Jason Smith and Monty accounts, I'm talking about the mocking DTDB and Hilton Armstrong accounts.

all sorts of personal player issues are discussed on the daily on MSB, Saints Talk and such. Payton banging chicks in bahamas, his divorce, willie roaf's wife, reggie's love life, drew's babies and the list goes on and on. If you don't want to discuss what went on, fine then don't but i don't know why its being censored on this board. What moral victory are you think you are achieving, i'm not quite sure. It's already been tolerated on here to call her act shitty and other unfond names but we can't discuss how it affects Ryan and what role he had with the possible downfall of their relationship.

How can you not see how a tragic death is different than all the personal situations you listed? This subject requires treading lightly.

Most of us don't have a clue how it will effect him. I actually find the posts from people who've had to deal with suicides very worthwhile, and I thought the quote from Greivis was enlightening.
I don't know what to make of all the rumors because she lived in a reality TV world and was surrounded by people that would have no problems lying about her death to make a quick buck or get their own 15 minutes.
Even if the rumors are true you have to be careful with them. One of the ones you quoted said she thought he cheated on her, which you then turned into an assumption that he cheated. Just because she thought it was true doesn't mean it was true. We probably will never know the truth, but the way the internet works incorrect assumptions based on shaky rumors can become the defacto truth if it gets repeated enough.
I haven't RA'd a single one of these threads, but I do think much of the discussion that can be had about this topic belongs on the other boards.

I have to say that it's not so much that it's a "taboo" subject that should be censored. It's more the issue of why should anyone really give a shite about such speculation on this type of board. Or really care about the guy's personal life so much.
