They essentially prey upon bright young guys hoping to become the next Theo Epstein (the Red Sox guy? Why can't I think of his name?) and work them 50-60 hours a week for 1/2 of what they're worth.
It's price gauging in reverse. If your last name isn't "Shinn" please don't bother applying for this job.
