Pretty happy this game isn't on ESPN anymore. The shitty journalism done during this game would have been overwhelming. The only story line would be Doc and his son ... not the fact that the Hornets are one of the hottest teams in the league right now

No word yet on EG, so I'll wait to see if he's playing to make a prediction

boston has won 6 in a row...should be a good game

I really hope he's playing so we can run that old arse team to the ground. I hate KG, Rondo, and Pierce more than any other NBA players. AR going for 15 tonight

EG will not play (IMO) so we will likely lose.

That's not exactly how it works Say he gets 14, you think that one or two other players can't make up 10 points?

i think there's a significant downgrade at the 2 such that he is worth more than 4 points.

i get that's not how it works. that other players will make up points. but in a small sample size, the hornets have averaged about 96 in the games EG has played...they were averaging around 91 without him. so 5 points. smaller than i thought, but still more than 4.

Obviously it matters. I hope he plays tonight if only for 20 mins or so.

One thing that is good is that we're coming off a game where we played a Philly team that isnt/wasnt very physical. But, since we are playing b2b road games, I gotta give the edge to the c's with or without EG.

If we win this game, it will be a damn strong statement. All things considered, the red hot Celtics are playing good ball with Bradley back. If we can shoot like we did last night, we have a chance. Gotta guard the perimeter!

Last year's epic win in the season home opener is still on the minds of the Celtics. Either way, I feel the Hornets will pull out with the V.

They've won 6 straight and are hot right now, but win streaks come to an end and I think there's a good chance that happens tonight.

The Hornets are looking more and more confident, and they are learning how to win.

Waiting to see what happens with Gordon first.
