Yep. More than a player problem it is a coach problem. Only player problem is Asik. He is too expensive to not start. Send him somewhere in the offseason.

This roster is a Monty Williams wet dream. He's still not a good coach. Can we actually shoot a little higher than Gentry or Monty for once?

Should hire Kevin McHale. Would be a great fit with Davis and Cousins.

McHale did a Dan Patrick interview yesterday and basically said a twin towers offense won't work in this new age 3-pt NBA.

He was the only guy post trade that I found who wasn't positive about the Boogie-Brow combination.

Not sure he's the guy to bring in.

Gentry has coached under some of the best offensive coaches in history ( Dantoni and Kerr) yet his offenses are always terrible. He was a bad hire to begin with and we need a change. We need someone who can coach post players.

Lot of new posters. Comments like these help separate wheat from chaff.

Very likely Gentry can't figure it out. But I'm even more certain that hiring a guy "who can coach post players" is not the answer to any relevant question

Here's Matt Moore w/ a few quick thoughts for those about to jump off a ledge

This is how the first 20 games of the season went.
We were leading the league in the % of how many of our 3's we took were open 3's with something ridiculous like 85%, yet we were 2nd to last in 3P%. Then Buddy started heating up. Moore came around, and DC and Solo finally started making their wide open 3's from the corner.

Gentry and Johnny J should team up and coach Washington Generals. They'd have more success there..
