I agree bro. Now that we got rid of Ryno and Ole Lemonhead I think we're sitting pretty going forward.
I haven't really paid too much attention to free agency, but whatever teams ended up with those two are in for a rough year. God help if some team got stuck with BOTH of them..................

Would this be a bad thing TBH?
I think it is pretty clear the original Demps model failed. Would of preferred moving in another direction this offseason but so be it.
This team isnt going to do much even if all our acquisitions play to the peak of their projections and we stay/get healthy. Would much rather a top 5 pick then killing ourselves for a 8-9 seed and then get swept again.
If this team shows promise, build on it with a later lottery pick, if not, clean house and the new GM will have AD, Buddy and a top 5 draft pick to build with.

Unfortunately, with ryno or EG we win tonight. Even more unfortunate is the fact that with or without those guys (ie someone who can hit from outside) we wouldn't win 40 games. Gotta find a way to defend AND hit from outside to compete in this league.

Sorry, can't be positive about a team with zero accountability in the front office. Loomis is a nobody in the league, Demps is a joke and Gentry is incapable of putting his players on the right positions to succeed.
I was hopeful changes would have been made in the offseason to excite the fan base and put the team in contention, but they didn't. The result? AD playing lights out in the usual loss. Enjoy him while you can, because he won't last long with this team.

50 games is a huge leap. I'm not as negative as some on here but I don't think 50 wins is attainable this year.

I like the team and their potential. Wtbs, fans are so funny to me because they go ape shite after one game. Pay attention to the team: Stevenson brings intensity and defense, AD has to stay healthy, Holliday and Evans will be back, Our rookie will get better, Frazier is a solid point guard, and team needs to get used to playing with the new additions. Because it was the first game, most of the players were too anxious. Everyone relax.

Great post. AD staying healthy is the obvious key and once Buddy relaxes and gets used to the NBA game I think things will be much more fun to watch.
