It really is sad that we have 2 players under contract totaling 14 million dollars who won't see the floor the entire season. This organization has nor ever will reach full potential.
Too many chronic injuries, too many bad contracts.

When has it been suggested we won't see either one of them for the entire season? Asik I could see but QPon? He's obviously travelling with AD so there has to be some hope he'll play.

If you follow Jason summerlin on instagram, QPon and AD have been training together this summer. Summerlin and Vinson are living out in LA and Vegas training with them.
They are doing a lot of work with Johnny Stephene too. So it should be really interesting particularly with AD to see how the ball handling skills improve.

Demps has said getting QPon back would be like getting a Free Agent. QPon seems to have made more noise about coming back this year than in years past. Maybe they're waiting to see if QPon can get cleared before dumping salary. Dante and Pondexter would round out the roster well enough without having to burn any assets.

The public perception of this team would be a lot different if in the last 2 months we traded for Boogie, resigned Jrue, signed Rondo, and signed QPon (aka the FA)

I'm optimistic with this team, if they can make it work we can actually make noise in the playoffs. Not win a championship but some fun at the blender.
