Fantasy Basketball Keeper League

Hey guys, I'm currently starting up a new keeper league and am looking for avid basketball fans who would be knowledgeable, active owners.
We have currently ran a 14 team $50.00 keeper league with the same setup for going on 5 years now and are looking to start another similar league with a buy in of $100.00. We would like to keep the new league around 10-12 players. It's a very fun setup and we have become very experienced in running this type of league.

Scoring System: Head-to-Head, Points Based System.

I'm assuming once the week starts the players are locked in for that week?

Yes. New weeks start each Monday.
