I just watched the Pelicans vs. Warriors game 1 highlights and it was awful. The video was so lopsided towards the Warriors. The entire video showed only one Pelicans highlight (an Antoy Davis dunk off a lob) and everything else was showing every three the Warriors made. Anthony Davis scored around twenty in the fourth quarter, yet they only show the Warriors scoring.

I noticed that too & got a little worked up, until I watched the Bulls & Rockets highlights & they did the exact same thing. And honestly, the game wasn't close until the very end of the game.

People are still surprised by this? they usually bury us at the end of highlights or not mention us at all on a regular basis. This is nothing new

Who cares? Honestly. They were getting absolutely dominated for 80% of the game.

This sounds like something really important to get upset over.

Yeah this isn't new at all. Unless it's a close back and forth game the whole 48 minutes then the highlights are 90% winning team. Been going on forever

That's why if the pels lose I don't even bother to watch the highlights

ESPN has been doing this for every sport, for every team for years.

You can easily tell who won an NBA game about halfway through an ESPN highlight. They typically give the winner about 90% of the highlight time.

It was a nice little comeback to make the score not as lopsided, but tell me were the Warriors ever really ever truly threatened? No, which is why the highlights centered on the Warriors dominating the Pelicans.

FWIW - on ESPN's "NBA Tonight" show or whatever it's called... they gave the Pels way more credit. Showed the 4Q comeback attempt... even did some film study on what AD did right/wrong.

Rightfully so. They are highlights, not a condensed game.

People get mad over the stupidest shite.

The game was somewhat in doubt late, only up what 5 with a minute to go?

Outside of the first quarter, the pels more than held their own.

Don't they normally show more highlights from the winning team?
