Pau is used up. Hill is filler. Hell no. If you trade EG, trade him to the Warriors.

Pau is used up? You mean Pau is used incorrectly.

If you really think LA would even consider letting go of Pau for Gordon and Lopez, you have mental issues. Lakers is one of the winningest franchises in NBA history for a reason, they dont make bonehead trades like this... That being said, Pau is still a good player, only has a couple years left in him but he is still the type of guy most coaches would love to have on their team.

we give up years of playing time in return we get a deep bench guy and a 33 year old POWER FORWARD who's due $20mil? hell no. we are passed the stage of taking large or contracts for the sake of it. were do we get better from this trade?

We get better by acquiring one of the best centers in the NBA. Not saying I would do the deal because my opinion of Gordon changes daily, but I believe this trade will make us better next season.

they wouldn't trade a 33 year old expiring for a potential top 5 SG? Especially considering they'll HAVE a hole at that position for most of next year. You're a moran

I know some people think driveman has good inside sources. If so, I pray to God this didn't come from one.

Top 5 potential shooting guard?

1.Harden
2.Wade
3.Paul George
4.Jr Smith/Crawford
5.Monte Ellis/OJ Mayo/Demar Derozan

Face it Gordon is not this elite superstar talent we thought he was. Also i did not include Kobe for sake of shooting guards of the future

ya, and being a top 5 SG isn't anything special anyway...considering you have Kobe, Harden, Wade, and then a whole bunch of meh.

Its already wrong. As much as I've driven home potential for Gordon, I'm done. I'm sold on anything we trade him for. Preferably, Luol Deng or at worst Klay Thompson

gasol is NOT a center. being 7ft doesnt make a guy a center. AD can play c almost as good as him.

respect your thought but that will make us worse. i like j-smooth over gasol as the center. if we didnt have AD, i'ld accept pau as our pf but we are good there.

Gasol can play either position and he has seen plenty of time at center. Just because the Lakers have the luxury of having another big next to him doesnt mean he cant play the position.

Right....acquiring a big that can score at will in the post, rebound and a very good passer will make one of the worst teams in the NBA worse.
