Dell is incapable of having a master plan. Every move he makes seems to disregard what the team needs. We just traded a lottery pick for a PG? Sweet, let's trade every other quality asset we have for another one.

with access to the results I don't think that it is possible to argue that demps has managed the team building process with any degree of competence. Bad luck has a great deal to do with it however we all are judged on results
