Does anyone see a pattern here with picking up injured player? I'm sorry but all the hope of competing for the west is crazy unless you have complete overhaul of this team (Demps and Gentry included). All of the talk about we're losing closer games now is lame. The Pelicans will continue to lose under Demps and Gentry. Gentry has only one real successful season as a head coach and that's it.

You're way overreacting to a small sample size that contains a bunch of asterisks next to it. This is the exact same team as last year. If they keep losing once Asik and Tyreke are back then it's time to start pointing fingers at Gentry. But until then there's no reason to assume that this team is actually worse when it basically stayed the same.
Did you watch the game and see how the comeback fell apart because we were playing 4 on 5 on offense with Ish out there? Replace Ish with Tyreke and the Pels win that game.

I'm not sure what you're looking for. We may not win a game until Cole comes back, possibly Tyreke. We have guys that are 10 day guys at best manning the PG spot. Teams have literally been ignoring Ish to the point that he gets to the basket unguarded, but they don't guard him because he can't shoot.
I don't know why you think you have some definitive evidence about the team when one of the most influential positions on the team is being played by fringe NBA players.

Benson gambled and went with Demps instead of Monty. Both suck, but it's essentially like picking the better poison. And here is our result so far. It's quite laughable really.
