Date to match offer sheet?

Am I correct in that the Hornets must match the offer sheet to Eric Gordon by 11:00 PM CST tomorrow night?

3 days from whenever he signs the offer sheet. The 11th is the first day he can sign the offer sheet.
Although he's agree to do so, he could in theory not sign it on the 11th. If he does, then the 14th.

The offer isn't official until the 11th. So 3 days after that.

Even then, Gordon may not sign if he wants to leverage the Hornets into a S&T that sends him to Phoenix.
If he signs a sheet with Phoenix and the Hornets match, we can't trade him there.
