Pels should go after him. You started with New Orleans finish with New Orleans. He'd be playing with the 2 best bigs in the league, and we'd have our PG.

Paul-Jrue-Boogie-Davis would be awesome.

If only Asik, Hill, and Moore were not here it would be possible.

It looks good on paper, but they don't like each other. LINK

This has to be one of the most overstated thoughts on this board recently. They've had their issues in the past, and CP coming here isn't a realistic option for other reasons, but I guarantee that they would put their differences aside if the Pels were to sign him.

Chris Paul will sign with the clippers to a max contract that he specifically made possible in the cba so he specifically could make more money at his age than with the previous cba.

He's 31 or 32, plenty of basketball left. Only problem is he and Cousins have a strong dislike for each other, if they could put that bs aside, I would absolutely kill for Paul to come home.

I have never seen any indication he wants to come back. Plus he verbally agreed to re-up with LAC. He's not going anywhere

With this logic, we might as well trade Cousins, Davis, and Jrue for James Jones, Mario Chalmers, and James Posey in a 3 team trade while bringing Posey out of retirement....

.....You fricking moron

Chris Paul coming here in as unrealistic as us winning the lottery in the 14th spot, but as Llyod Christmas famiously put it, "so you're saying there's a chance!"

But if we want to dream... CP3, Jrue, Davis, and Cousins would be a 60 win team.

Wouldn't he have to take a pay cut to come here in FA?

Also, I don't see him leaving LA unless they blow up the Clippers, 76ers style. And if that happens, he would be traded for picks.

So you'd rather the old, shorter guy with a year or two left in the tank and pretty much identical stats to the guy in his prime with better size and better defensive capability?

Got it.
