Can anyone really say that he his definitely degrees of magnitude better than Diallo?

Right now Byombo is much better, but Diallo passes the eye test in Summer League with flying colors. I think the Clint Capella timeline MM put out for Diallo the other day sounds about right. Not much playing time as a rookie, becomes a rotation player in year 2, year 3 he's ready to be a starter.

Dud he's playing against people who don't have a shot at an NBA roster, biyombo was doing what he does deep in the playoffs. Have a little respect/perspective.

This has less to do with Diallo and more to do with Biyombo. I think he is one of the most overrated players in the league.

So, you're saying that Ivica Zubac will not make the Lakers roster? How about if he does, you don't post on Pelicans Talk for one calendar year from the moment he makes the active roster? If he does, I won't post in any NBA-related threads on the More Sports Board.

Deal?

Just did, nothing changed. You're still full of shite. You can say that Biyombo played in the playoffs and Diallo is playing in D-League, but you didn't. You exaggerated in your typical boomtarded manner.

Are there people on the court who have no chance at an NBA roster or not? Let's do a ban bet that not everyone on the court makes a roster.

Freaking idiot

The overwhelming majority are not. It's not even close the level of an NBA regular season game, much less playoff game where Biyombo played his arse off.

Hell, we might as well point out that Biyombo has played his entire career against guys who don't belong in the NBA, then.

Pfft. I don't get excited over C level players. We have our own Diablo in Capela and you won't ever see me claiming he has star potential. He is what he is.

Both of those guys will have career years next year. Just like with Omer Asik you're gonna see what a change in scenery from a winner to the Pels(or vice versa) can do for a guy.

No rings = not a winner. As long as you have Ames Haren on your team y'all won't win.
