looks like we've added Peter Jok out of Iowa to our summer league team
sounds like a white guy but he is eggplant black
looks like a good shooter

He's Sudanese. Good bulk scorer for Iowa.
As for Frank Jackson, I watched him a lot last year. It blows my mind that he went pro. He could have been a lottery pick in the much weaker 2018 draft and he would have had a ton of opportunities to show his game.
He is a very good shooter and can attack the basket at an elite level. He isn't much of a passer. Definitely more of an undersized 2 than a point guard, and he doesn't have point instincts. He is a decent defender but uses his hands way too much and is called for a lot of cheap fouls.
Overall, I like the guy and think this is a great pick for the Pelicans. Didn't give up much either.
I hate the pick at 52 although that was clearly not our own pick. Wish Benson didn't line in his own pockets and the team had drafted Williams-Goss, Kaba, or the undrafted guys I mentioned earlier (Oliver, Blackmon, Motley, Trimble, or Ben Moore, in particular).
