I have enough crap in my life so I have avoided the agony of the Pels since Gentry was hired. Thought it was a bad hire and we'd waste more of Davis' time in NOLA. So what are the glaring issues with the team? All lack of talent? All coaching? Demps 100%? Combo of all? Why can't they get their shite together?

The glaring issues are we suck, the roster makes no sense, and we have a shitty coach and GM.

Demps gave a defensive coach, Monty, a bunch of offensive players. Team was top 10 offense and bottom 5 defense and a playoff bubble team.
Demps gave an offensive coach, Gentry, a bunch of defensive players. Team is top 10 in defense and bottom 5 in offense and a playoff bubble team.
AD doesn't want to play center so Demps spent a lot of money on 2 centers that were questionable fits with Gentry in the first place and now he doesn't even play them.
Demps finally kept and used draft picks and seemed to hit on both in Buddy and Diallo. Now he is looking at trading our 2018 pick for a "young vet" and is rumored to be planning to do the same with with this year's pick in the offseason.
