Can this team win in the playoffs?

Currently 24th in points allowed (102.6)
Currently 7th in points scored (103.3)
Currently 13th in rebounds (42.8)
This team plays better at a faster pace. But we know that the game/tempo slows comes playoff time putting a premium on each possession.
Can Monty, if forced into more of a half court game, make the adjustments in a 7 game series to win a playoff series?

Can they win in the playoffs? Yes

Of course it all come down to matchups, but if a team forces us into a half court game, I think we're screwed.

I'm afraid we'll get the 8 seed and proceed to get swept easily by a team like Golden State.
I can't figure out how this defensive coach with 3 above average defenders in the starting 5 can't get us to AVERAGE.

Not yet. I'm happy with being able to compete right now. AD still needs to learn how to take over a game single handidly. Until that happens, we'll be a solid, not great, team.

Do we want to win in the playoffs? I'm not convinced Monty can grow enough to be who we need him to be, so if we make the playoffs we need to get completely outclassed in the first round the next 2 years. Only way he gets fired rather than extended in 2 years.

The rest of the roster are minus defenders. Cunningham could be average. Rivers is decent at times. Anderson, Evans, Babbitt, Ajinca, Withey, Fredette, etc are guys you need to mask.

This doesn't make sense. If we're winning in the playoffs, maybe people were too quick to judge him based off of the shitty rosters he was given to work with.

I think Monty's shortcomings as a coach will be on front street in a playoff series. No way he out adjusts another NBA coach in a 7 game series.
