And he just can't buy a bucket..

Hurts to watch, but we're winning so who can complain.

You can tell the team is rooting for him too. They really wanted to come unglued for him to hit one.

it's good shots. he's not taking stupid shots. they just aren't falling. it's nerves and self pressure. they will drop.

It's definitely gotten into his head. When you go from last year when everything was falling and he was the star to being a rookie, struggling early, and seeing reduced minutes, it's natural to start pressing.

He'll get there.

Hield is all mental right now. You watch him in shoot around and its effortless. Put him in a game, and he starts pushing the ball.

If he would have hit that three while everyone was chanting his name, the arena would have gone INSANE!

Shot is broken right now, but he will get it together eventually, get a few to drop and he will be back on

Buddy is a rhythm shooter. Rhythm shooters struggle whenever their rhythm is off, so playing one half and being benched the second half and getting reduced min and not consistent minutes is hurting Buddy flow.

Also I realize when great shooters like curry is having a bad night, they break their "ice" by stop shooting threes and drive to the goal to start rhythm again.

Buddy did this in Charlotte and finished the game with 18 points. Someone needs to tell him when his three ball is not falling to just attack the rim to get the rhythm back.

It's like golf, anytime you start trying to force stuff or hurry you get off tempo and lose it.

He's just a little too jacked up to score right now. Back iron everytime. Just has to relax, but everyone cheering like hell for him to score anytime he gets the ball doesn't help that

Yea, we need get some of those non rhythm shooters, the scouts really blew it this time. They shoulda known when they saw a correlation between shots taken and higher point totals, total rhythm guy.

If you watch him in warmups and how he shoots, the stroke is different than him shooting in the game. Its 100% his confidence and his stroke because of it.
