Haven't heard anything since initial media reports first week after the injury. Siap.

He is just dead weight now. Always hurt. No value. We swung and missed on him.

Probably not. Maybe not again in a pels uniform. Wish we would have kept Noel and Got Elfrid Payton

I love when someone says this. Its like they are carrying a sign that reads "I know nothing about the Pelicans. I do not follow the team closely. Disregard my opinion."

We were NEVER going to draft Noel. We asked Philly who they wanted.

No one is going to trade for him with his injury issues. I don't see any way that we stretch him.

It sucks, but they guy didn't have injury issues before coming here. In his 3 final Philly seasons, he missed 0, 1, and 4 games. If he comes back next preseason, he'll have had ~9 months rest to get his leg right. He was playing well before the reaggrivation. I think he'll get himself right and be our #2 guy over the next two seasons.

Then you should know that we never "had" Noel. He was never in our plans. There was no version of things where he suited up for us.

uh, okay. in all likelihood we would have drafted burke. a healthy holiday is better. of course, we should have had a crystal ball to know that holiday would have a stress facture. holiday will be back next season.

I heard that our medical staff is advising euthanasia at this point so Jrue doesn't have to suffer the rest of his life.

I wasn't expecting him back when his initial diagnosis was 2-3 weeks about 2 months a good ago.

At this point I just hope he's ready to start next season, because I feel like he wasn't fully healthy this season. I remember there being an article from about a month befote the season started where he said he still wasn't 100%. I really doubt he reached the 100% by the time the season began.

This! We probably would have taken Burke which would have meant no Elfrid the following year.
