And IMO, he's nowhere near his potential on defense yet. He's a good weakside help defender, shot blocker, etc. But he hasn't been a superb rim protector yet (well, they don't even use him in that role) or man on man defender.
So that says a lot that he's 2nd team and he can still improve a ton.

I think that's pretty legit. If we get a good defensive coach (Thibs) I could see him making first team and possibly DPOY.
