Does this mean that the Pels are more or less likely to shell out cash for good assistants? If I remember correctly Ron Adams was shown the door in Chicago due to his price tag. If the Pels are only paying Gentry 3.25 mil per year, maybe they can afford a highly paid defensive coach.
ETA: I also didn't see a thread containing his contract particulars. Feel free to discuss anything relating to that in here, too.

Isn't Hoibergs contract 5 yr $25 mill???
That's steep compared what we are going to pay Gentry, so I would say that leaves some room for a few high priced assistants

I believe they'll pay what's necessary (within the realm of reason) to build a quality staff. Nothing, since Benson took over this franchise, suggests they're intent on going on the cheap.
