LINK

SBNation with.some good stuff on Zeller.

IMO they need to upgrade via draft or FA one of Lopez/Smith for more of a bruiser/rebounder type as a backup big. Neither guy cleans the glass well.

Also interesting in that link is Victor Olapido.

quote:

Take a look at Oladipo's statistics this season. They are entirely unreasonable. He has a 30.4 PER! He's averaging 14 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 2.5 steals and 1 block a game on 64/72/51 shooting. He doesn't have the offensive game to be a star at the next level, but he's improved his jumper and decision making to the point where he can walk onto a team and contribute as a rookie. Any NBA coach would be happy to have him, while his energy and athleticism will make him an instant fan favorite.

No idea where he goes in the draft, but I like what they have to say. if hes a late first, msybe worth making a deal to shore up.guard depth

A lot of comments on him going 22 on 23 shots. How many games like that has Kobe or Melo had? Scorers gotta shoot to scorer.

Not at all impressed with him overall, but I have no problems with his game on the offensive end. If he was 6'8" he'd be deadly. But he ain't so...

i have a feeling we won't have to worry about him anymore...or at least for a while until he starts using his next alter.

I like him as well. He falls somewhere between an AFA and Kidd-Gilchrist type player.

After last night, do not want an attitude like Shabuss. If you can't be happy for a teammate making a game winner in college... Just imagine his ego when he's in the league

Off topic, but I've always been curious about alters on TD in general. I don't give a shite one way or the other, but do Admins track IP addresses? I know you can log onto sites that disguise your IP and can sneak on, but thought those weren't always reliable or could be busted.

i think with the large volume of people who are registering for this site, as long as it's a different email that doesn't correspond to an existing IP address in the system/to a suspended account, they let it fly. so anyone can get a friend who doesn't use this site to register for them. but i think the admins have to (and rightfully so) rely on us to help them if we suspect someone to be an alter. then they double check everything to see what's going on when we alert them.

What if I was I B Freeman or Newbomb Turk and had multiple personality disorder? It's a hypothetical.

Anyway, Shabazz is irrelevant as far as the Pelicans are concerned. We need to play out the season and hope to pick a kid who's a worthwhile project.

it's not difficult to shoot the ball a lot. it is difficult to shoot the ball a lot and make a high percentage.

8-23 is not good for kobe, melo, or anyone.

...Kobe and Melo shooting 46% this season, however.
