Looks like a hat that would better fit the females.

Dino Hanson on 106.1 via phone yesterday said 100% AD was on board with everything going on and knew about it beforehand. He said "I'm not going to tell you who I'm looking at right now, I'll let the listeners connect the dots, but let's just say the 6'10'' big guy is in the know with everything going on ahead of time." Made me laugh actually.

BTW, if anyone is listening to 105.3 over 106.1 the Ticket and Dino's coverage of the team during NBA season, you are doing it very, VERY wrong.

The Sports Hangover is awesome, listen to it everyday. Dino is the man

Gio and Jones is usually pretty hilarious in the AM too on 106.1

Most on this board have never hired and fired and I am in sales so would I fire a guy that closes 43% of his deals and replace him with someone that closes 47% of the deals?

Dumb argument. A superior product will outsell its salesman.

If you sell a shite sandwich at 47% and another salesman sales a Turkey club at 43%, I would be impressed.

Not thrilled by the name, but we should reserve judgement for a little while. No one applauded the Hawks hiring Budenholzer, but he's turned them around in a year or two with less talent

It's not that I think he is a bad coach, I think he is a bad head coach. He is a good assistant, Tex Winters was with the Bulls and the Lakers. When a guy is 60 years old and he is a retread you can see it coming a mile away. Sorry I'm just not the sunshine pumper that most of these guys on here are pumping. If by some miracle he turns out to be a winner I will be glad to admit I'm wrong.

Lol depends is the guy converting 47% of his sales padding his sales with low level sales, and is the guy with 43% closing larger value sales?? If so I'll take 43% of a higher avg sale everyday

What does he have to do to be a winner to you? Win 50 games?

Serious question.

Show some consistency. His history shows he does pretty good in the beginning and then it crashes. He just wasn't my choice 3 winning seasons in 12 year he had 3 winning seasons. I know the arguments about he's learned from his mistakes, he's the main guy at Golden State (I don't buy that), he was at a bad situation etc... I wish Demps would've looked for someone with a proven track record of winning. I don't think for one second that Gentry was the fall back for the Bulls. With all of that I will be pretty amazed if they win 50 games. For the record I hope I am wrong but I've seen this movie before.

Do you even know what happened after his first season in Phoenix?
