Said he thought Harden deserves the MVP, but if he could add any skill set to his own, it would be Westbrook. Said Westbrook's motor is non stop. Said Calipari is a tough nose coach that will pull guys off the court if they do not do as he asks. Said some players would get in shouting matches with Calipari, but he only shouted under his breath because he never wanted to come off the court. Said the current UK team could not beat an NBA team. Commented that if he and MKG were still on that UK team, other teams would have difficulty scoring even one basket; it would be a swat fest.
After the interview Dan added that he would choose AD over any other player in the NBA to build a team around, because of his skill set and age. Dan said he heard that AD is adding a 3pt shot to his game and will be even more unguardable next season when he stretches the floor even more.
