He will lose most of that by the end of the season.

In all seriousness why isn't AD practicing? He's sitting by himself on the bench

He looks like he has his foot propped up on a chair. Prob not a big deal but the team is shooting threes and he's just hanging out

The way his leg is propped up it appears so lol, but I'm not trying to be the one to get people worried, just odd.

Word is AD tweaked his ankle, just a heads up that's why he isn't practicing. Gosh I totally waited all day to watch AD practice.

Yeah he's way too small to play the 5 in the neo-NBA

Stern had a huge part in that. When the players HAD to wear jackets to games and public appearances, they had to make a choice to either look cool or look ghetto and dumb.

nah, suit style changed independently of stern

look at draft pictures.

DWade deserves a lot of credit for this IMO - he was one of the original sleek dressed ones. CP3 as well. I feel like LeBron might have been way more ghetto if not for the positive influences he had

frick off with this

Keep rolling your eyes. AD's strengths are length and agility. He is most effective facing the basket, not posting up. Furthermore, defensively, his biggest struggles have been anchoring the post. He's far more effective cutting off quicker players and getting help side or recovery blocks. He may be big enough to play the 5, but he's absolutely built as a monster 4.

Correct.

Now I'm going back to look at my old newspaper clippings on the White City.

This.

He will obviously be able to play the 5, but I feel he will always be more effective on both ends as a 4. Especially on defense.

The premier bigs in the league are almost all play tons of minutes at the 4. There's a few dominant centers, but the percentage of teams where their 4 > their 5 is a LOT higher than the other way around. I like having Davis guarding 4s with the ability to go out to the perimeter to contest longer shots.

Also who are we planning to make our starting 4? Draft? Trade? FA? Guy off the street? Above average 4s are pricey, let alone talented players like Davis.
