@ESPNSteinLine: Pelicans are listing Anthony Davis as doubtful for tonight's game in Atlanta (hip strain) and day-to-day going forward

@ScottDKushner: Jrue Holiday is also listed as "Doubtful" for #Pelicans tonight.

the funniest part of it all is that the mainstay in the lineup over the past year has been EG. who would have thought that 3 years ago?

Had a ridiculous stretch last year where we won like 5 crucial in a row with an amateur squad.

Ish and Ajinca finna eat. 2-6

Is the fact that Jrue is doubtful and not out a sign that the back to back restrictions may be coming to an end?

He only played 15 minutes last night, I'm guessing they're hoping to talk the doctors into letting him play 10 minutes.

Yeah, I love AD, but its pretty apparent at this point that he is as soft as tissue paper, especially if this is just a hip bruise.

You're 1-6, about to be 1-7. fricking play dude.

All of this is assuming its not a worse injury.

Do you think they pass around the "Are you playing tonight?" clip board every morning? The team labeled him as doubtful.

If I was in charge of that team, at 1-6, and already riddled with injuries, I would be very doubtful that I was gonna trot out my banged up best player.

Just playing devil's advocate here.

a very minor injury and the urgency of being 1-6, you absolutely trot out your best player if that is in fact what the injury is
