If Pelicans win, the Rockets don't care about meaningless regular season games.
If the Pelicans win, the Rockets don't get up for mediocre teams like the Pelicans.

with the new salary cap... even a longterm max contract on a Top 25 player is looking like a steal. (Love)
the expirings are only looking good to teams looking to move on from a player.
Dwight and Boogie don't seem to be going anywhere.... MAYBE Love is movable in the next 3 weeks... to stop the Cavs spiral.
Noone is taking Asik's contract...
Name a trade partner being floated , that couldn't just sign Ryno away in the offseason.
the Kings don't need to trade us Rudy... they can afford it next year.
The Rockets might be able to do it, even if Dwight stays.
Pistons could move on from Ilyasova, and max Drummond and Ryno.
We need the Rockets or Cavs to spiral the F@#K out the next 3 weeks, so they are looking to move on from a top guy.
Maybe we can facilitate a Dwight or Love deal... or maybe we can take one of those guys....
If we keep winning without a deal, i see it more likely we are the team getting a hometown/max deal on Ryno...and drafting a C or SF...

Brother do you follow the league? 12 has a bad ankle he's not gonna be playing. I agree with the general premise of your post but that part was off. I got a laugh at the amount of up votes you got on that post had I posted the same thing I'd have had just as many downvotes. guess the message sometimes isn't as important as who delivers it.

I called the panthers to win the SB as early as week 8 this season. So hardly just jumping on the bandwagon I've been on them for a while now. Hard to not pull for cam IMO. If there was a rockets logo then that's who i'd be repping. Since there isn't I'll go w the panthers for a couple weeks to show my support for them. It's nbd IMO.
