New 60's cover album out by Haley Reinhart is good stuff. Here's a few samples for those of you that like me can't stand modern pop music. By the way, Haley has a killer voice.

Oh! Darling

The Letter

For What It's Worth

Time of the Season

White Rabbit

These Boots Are Made For Walking

Can't Find My Way Home

I don't care what she was on that girl can flat out sing like nobody's business and that album is killer. Now If you are too stupid to believe me then listen to Oh! Darling, that's perfection right there. Not to mention, that she could have chosen to become a pop star very easily but she didn't. Meanwhile, if you can't stand modern pop music like I can't, then this album is excellent.

In any event, I didn't discover her from American Idol, I discovered her from Scott Bradley and Postmodern Jukebox and have traveled to see her with them in concert several times. As she does Jazz and Blues very well too. Sorry, I never watched American Idol like you apparently did.

Well, what you expect, you insinuated I was a liar. So I had to clear that up for you.

Nevertheless, her music is excellent for people like me who don't like contemporary pop music and for people who like jazz, blues, and classic rock.

Not to mention, that there wasn't anything modern pop with respect to the samples I posted and she is furthermore a world-class vocalist as well. Indeed, she could easily be a major pop star if she chose to do that, as she is a far better vocalist than most of them.
