Don't You Want Me: Human League

Someone recently made a version of it that uses solely the line"you were working as a waitress in a cocktail bar" modulated and clipped different ways to fill the song,

For 80s pop sound, I would go with either Girls Just Want to Have Fun or Hungry Like the Wolf because they both have that electronic or almost computer sounding quality to them because they used MIDI sequencers or were doing other creative things with technology.

For videos, there are several:
Take On Me, Money for Nothing, You Might Think and Sledgehammer. All used animation techniques that really hadn't been done up to that point, especially MFN with the computer animation.
