Don't come here often but figured this board could do with a change of pace from dubstep/Dead cover band discussion.

This fun little folk number played by many artists over the years incorporates the use of the Dorian mode for an unresolved but still comfortably melancholy feel.

Here are my favorite versions:

Doc Watson (best IMO and likely the most famous version)

Clarence Ashley (Original?)

Grisman, Garcia, Rice (Pizza Tapes)

Lots of people did different versions of the same song but the Name is Delia. Blind Willie McTell,Bob Dylan,Johnny Cash,etc...
