Titled "A Long Way From Your Heart"

A Long Way From Your Heart is said to be filled with “Vivid character sketches and blue-collar narratives, [while] Evan Felker continues to solidify his place as one of the finest songwriters to come out of the dustbowl in recent years. The theme running through ‘A Long Way From Your Heart’ is resilience during difficult circumstances, as in album opener, ‘The Housefire.’ The subjects in Felker’s songs are composite characters based on real people. Some tracks feel deeply personal, such as the poignant but upbeat ‘Pay No Rent’ or country/folk ditty ‘Oklahoma Stars.’ Other observational songs like ‘Unrung’ and the raucous rocker “The Winding Stair Mountain Blues” are proof that Felker’s penchant for great storytelling in the tradition of his musical forbearers has become masterful.”

If anyone has heard any of these post it up. I saw them in mobile recently but they only play old material.

I also read that the steel guitarist is full time with them now. This album is gonna be great. Felker said this is his favorite album they've made

I see they're also Westworld fans.

Ever since I saw them open up a show on 4/20 with 'Boys From Oklahoma' I refuse to believe an album of theirs will be complete without that cover
I've heard a couple of songs from the album just from a friend of mine I know from back when I was in the business. It's gonna be fire.

Great song. Really liked the tie in to the browning at the end. Soon enough there will be enough felker/lorrie songs to fill and album.

You are the man. I'm about halfway through. These guys just keep bringing it.
Edit:
Just finished listening and this is a great album. Highlights for me are housefire, Sunday morning paper, something to hold, and unrung. But honestly there isn't a miss on the entire album.
