Anyone been to one of his shows? He's playing in Dallas on December 8. Seems like they would be great live.

His live shows are better than his studio albums - harder, funkier edge to his live performances. Def a good show.

He's playing at the Varsity in December and I'm thinking about going. Saw him a few years ago at Jazz Fest and he was good.
