Wanted to ask this earlier, but I've been away. What's the deal with the floor seating? It looks like there's set seating but I don't see how that's possible with a bunch of folding chairs.

They have floor seating for shows all the time in the SKC.

Is it general admission or do they actually have set seats? I can't see a bunch of people at a Tool show just sitting down in a folding chair for the whole show.

It's definitely assigned seating on the floor. That's how the show last week in MS was, and that'a how their last NOLA show in 2010 was.

I didn't get floor seats for this specific reason, but it looks like everyone on the floor stands up the entire time anyway.

Anyways, I'll be in sec 104 row 15

Yeah. Played at UNO though.

Great show. Third eye was a great opener and got to hear Intolerance for the first time.

Yep. I was there too and got the worst tickets possible, on the side/behind the stage. Ended up trying to ditch my seats and stand in concourse or walkway most of the concert avoiding ushers telling me to find my seats.

taking a 2-day carbine gunfighter course in Hammond than ends Sunday at 3 or so, then shooting over to New Orleans.

Section 111, row 9.

I may have two tickets available, waiting on responses from previous inquiries

Am I mistaking you for another poster, or is it you that works at Bowie Outfitters? If so, once I get past Mardi Gras, and replenish some of my disposable cash funds I'm gonna be coming to see you to talk revolvers.

The poster from the show last night was crazy good (IMO). I hope they have moved on from the bug themed posters, but I have a hunch this was a one off as the artist seemed to be on hand for the show last night.

Was able to pick up one of the posters from last night in Duluth. Looks great in person and I too am happy it wasn't a bug poster. They look too similar to the tour posters in 2012 when the theme was fish IMO. They also changed the set list a little bit for the show last night. Incredible show.

I read on FB that Charlotte will have a poster by that same artist, and then back to the bugs. I'm a bit bummed about that. I like the bugs and all but this is so much cooler. I like what Primus and Puscifer have done with curated posters that differ at each show. Tool did that some years back. I even liked when it was a different Adam doodle each show.

I'll be there. Tickets on the floor. Hopefully we can just throw the chairs to the side and have a real floor. Wish they were back at UNO, their last show there was epic.
