Allman by himself doesn't excite me and I would rather bob weir sat that lineup up bobby kinda sux sometimes.
It's hard to compare the two when very few artists have been announced.

If Lockn gets JRAD, RRE, and Billy & the Kids, it will solidify its top tier status.

I would be very surprised if JRAD doesn't play lockn.
I would imagine that RRE will too cause people have been asking lockn to get them for multiple years and there has been a good amount of crossover between the two fests in the past.
I could also see Trombone Shorty added from that lineup and maybe one of the lower undercards as well like the werks
