Have you all already seen this? - show of the day on jazzfest grids. Looks pretty cool,

Show of the Day
Oak Street Block Party - Wed April 30th.
Free Music and Crawfish Boil. 12:30 PM-7:00 PM. Celebrating Jazzfest, New Orleans and the music community at a free block party on Oak Street. There will be a stage in the Chiba parking lot and one in The Maple Leaf during changeovers. The event is a fundraiser for NOLA community radio station WWOZ and donations will be accepted at the block party.

Music line-up

Oak Street All-Stars- Eric Krasno, Ivan Neville, Tony Hall, Adam Deitch, Roosevelt Collier, Adam Smirnoff, Jesus Coomes, Nigel Hall, Alecia Chakour and The Shady Horns.

There is too much music. I can't make up my mind and I know that I am going to be too wiped out to make some of the things I have written in.

Plus the timing of phish order, clapton, and jack white sales is going to restrict my jazzfest plans slightly.

I'm still gonna swing that umph show next week as a warm up though.

I found out that Fox8 newscaster Lee Zurik is a huge Phish head. Has anyone heard him reference them on air? I don't watch that channel.

This week Bates Motel had a scene with farmhouse playing on the radio in the car though.
