The Grip Weeds? Help me discover

So, I've now heard two of their songs by accident on Sirius, and the power pop sound has me interested. Just looked them up and they have been around longer than I expected. With 8 or so studio albums, I need help. What should I check out?

A few days ago I wanted to link their song "Rainbow Quartz" (probably one of the songs you heard on Sirius; it's been getting airplay on Little Steven's Underground Garage) here on the board, but could not find it on YouTube.
I don't really know much about them otherwise, though as I recall what I've heard I've liked.

Can't go wrong with this one Infinite Soul: The Best of the Grip Weeds for a taster. The new one How I Won the War is really good. Personally I've loved everything I've heard from them.
You should also check out The Chevelles not Chevelle The Chevelles great band as well.
