Stubhub ticket question for Billy Joel this Friday

I ordered tickets from Stubhub back in december for my parents for Christmas. I noticed I still have yet to receive the email with actual tickets in them. According to StubHub, the tickets were delayed from being sent out on 2/5/17 and are now going to be emailed on 2/9/17, the day before the show. Is this normal?

Not unheard of but I would have held Stubhub to their word when they committed to having them to you on 2/5. You'll get your tickets but that is cutting it close.

That is normal. They uploaded the tickets to my account the day before a concert one time. No idea why they do it that late.

Its a ticketmaster thing. They did the same thing for primus last year. Ticketmaster didn't release the e tickets til then so stubhub couldn't either.
