Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper -- the hippest politician in the state and, arguably, the country -- will celebrate his second term in office on Jan. 13 with a show at Denver's Ogden Theatre.
While many politicians would hold the event in a hotel ballroom filled with donors, Hickenlooper's party will feature The Lumineers, String Cheese Incident, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, and Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats. The event is open to the public, but has been sold out for weeks.
But there's still some good news for music fans looking to congratulate Hick: Tickets are still available for the governor's inauguration dinner, set to begin Jan. 13 at 5 p.m. at the Fillmore Auditorium.
